A bunch of lovely little ragamuffins....love it....and the hairdo! :)Mr. T......I also wanted to let you know I read your piece on the GB site.......thought provoking beautiful piece of poetry/prose. I read it a couple of times...enjoyed it very much.Glad you found House......glad you have your own shed. I'm envious now...didnt know I wanted a shed, but I do now.enjoy GB.....and perhaps one day we will meet there and talk about the poetry and lovely prose of CS Lewis, amongst the many other topics up for grabs.ps. i'm assuming since you went to Spain and Ana the wee geg went swimming that her momma donned a bathing suit?? good on ya.OK....one more ps.... it was nice to see a photo of you on the GB site. Now I have a beautiful face to put to a beautiful creative blogger lady.
wowee. thanks for all that. i forgot about the swimsuit thing! yes, i did wear a swimsuit! in daylight! outdoors! then again, lots of things are easier when you're in a foreign country and unlikely to bump into your students on the beach....i am excited about my shed. let's have a laydees shed group!it would be great to meet you at GB some day!! thanks so much for the encouragement re: the story too. it's the soppiest thing i've ever written or maybe even thought of. looking at it now 'm quite surprised i wrote it down. i might start to wear pink. perhaps i am channeling the spirit of barbara cartland...
barbara wouldn't know lilith if she tripped over her......pink is good....in little bits.am not a pink wearer either. No, it was a beautiful piece.....enjoy your time next week at GB. I will be there in spirit. a ladies shed group would be a great club....much better than a book club. I'm not one to have someone pick the book for me to read...but hanging out in a shed, perhaps sipping on something smooth (oh and sneaking cigs...I'm up for that)Let's have a rule though...no pink wearers allowed.
girls girls, not sure i want to know what you would get up to in your shed!looking forward to catching up....anyone else in that photo i know??
thanks awareness. i am thinking of painting the inside of my shed pink. hmmmm.paul, sorry no, i have no photos of any of my current friends in the 80's. shame! bet no-one can beat my 'fro tho'!
hey can I join the shed group? I'm going to start reminding him soon - we'll be up to three years waiting next week...!we're having a single bright pink wall in our new room...and if I don't like it I'll just get rid of it...fab hair.... :)
yes! ladyshedders of the world unite!
very scary... just found a photo of me with big hair - the kids could barely recognise me!!!am far too cowardly to blog it though!hope you're having a fantastic time, x
